Unravel the Knot is an immersive and impactful virtual DEI program unlike any other. It borrows from the success of Inclusion Uncomplicated, the latest award-winning book from Dr. Nika White – an international authority on DEI. Dr. White's approach to DEI is of an integrationist, positing that the work of DEI is for all and can be organically incorporated into your personal and professional spaces.
Unravel the Knot includes words, content and thought leadership directly from Dr. White. Each session will leverage the chapters from Inclusion Uncomplicated as source material, but will target four core behaviors used as anchors to go deeper with the material. The facilitators will provide references, frameworks and models that can be incorporated into the day-to-day life of someone striving to go deeper with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Each module's content will go deeper and leverage varied learning styles for a dynamic experience with opportunities for self-reflection, micro experiences and partnered learning throughout the journey.
